What's this rash?! Pics inc

9 year old at her dads so not seen in person. She sent me a pic of this rash she's had since yesterday. Any ideas?! She said it's itchy. That it was nothing and now she scratched it so much it looks like this!

You really need to see a real life doctor. Noone on AIBU can diagnose over the internet.

She's fine, her dad isn't overly concerned. I was just worried because I'm not there.

Impetigo? If so, spreads rapidly and is very contagious. I'd take her to the GP asap.

I also thought impetigo. Be warned, it's very contagious.

Thanks all. Her dad said it had gone down overnight and it was the size of a thumbnail the photo made it look worse. DD sent it. She's coming home later so I'll take a proper look then and if I am not happy will take her to the docs tomorrow. Thanks for replies. x
