Boys names!

I really like the name Digby 🥴🙈 am I being daft or is that nice??? My son is called Freddie

Ready to get torn apart.....

It sounds very “try-hard” to me. If you have a title, own loads of land and go shooting then go for it.
If not, I wouldn’t.

Digby was on my list of names for a boy. I also loved Diggory, Orson and Jago and Otto.

I know 2 brothers called Freddie and Monty it really suits them Smile

The Oasis song is Digsy, not Digby.

There is a Digby in the book Beau Geste, published in 1924. I remember avidly watching the tv adaptation in the early 80s.

I think it's a great name.

I worked with a Digby, he would be in his late 30s now. One of the nicest people ever. Well respected all round.

There was a Digby on Made in Chelsea (I know I know Blush) and he was a bit of a cheese-o so for that reason alone I would veto it!
I love the name Ernie for a boy!

Digby was an Old English Sheepdog in a film [The Biggest Dog in the World]. My friend's brother is called Digby and I always think of the dog whenever she mentions him! Smile

Dougie makes me think of the TV programme Hey Douggie 😂

Digby is cool but does remind me of the old film too

We have a Monty, he is a very cool dude 😀 we also had Arlo, Otis on the list. I wanted Walt but DH said no (I still like it though).

I heard a boy called Gilbert when we were on holiday, I like that name too.

Also know a few dogs but no humans called this.
