Laminate floors and 7:30am drilling

Pretty much every weekend, this goes on. The antisocial behaviour team have sent many letters about this, but some people are a law unto themselves of course and the antisocial behaviour team won’t enforce the no laminate floor policy which was installed a few months ago. They are actually pretty inept in general, even if there is violence so not exactly any help in any case. What I will say is historic laminate everywhere else had to be removed and new neighbours just installed theirs a few months ago and that’s perfectly fine, even with the constant drilling banging, shouting and what not. I’m baffled.

Who installs laminate floor anyway, it’s just the most inconsiderate thing in the world.

I tried the reasonable approach and was shrieked at and threaded with lawyers outside my front door - I’m sorry what, one way to make an entrance when moving into a new block I suppose. This is making weekends unbearable. I have a daughter with additional needs on top of this. WWYD?
