On the wine and this a very lighthearted thread.

Usually I'd have a bottle of wine on a Friday night and eat pringles, popcorn and all sorts of fatty snacks as I have to eat when I drink alcohol for some reason

I'm trying to lose weight and I've been strict all week.Tonight I've snacked on olives and chicken breast.Small steps but I do honestly feel disciplined.

Anyone trying to diet right now and feeling particularly proud?

Good for you!
Wish I could say the same Grin

Well done! I've eaten crisps, some dark choc, and I really want to order pizza :)

I blame the two biiiig gins I've had! I did manage to lose a lot of weight years ago (and kept it off), so I try to not feel guilty about the odd calorific night.

It takes willpower to cut back when you need to lose weight, so you can feel proud of yourself!

I'm about to have the pringles...and cooked dinner but didn't enjoy it and now I want a pizza, probably because I'm getting to the end of a bottle of beer.

I’ve been amazing all week. Had a drink instead of crisps/chocolate. Cut right down on carbs. Exercised daily.

Tonight, the kids wanted pizza. Really wanted pizza.
I only had 2 slices but I feel like I’ve broken the whole damn thing now Blush

We've ordered a takeaway but I've ordered no bread with my burger
