So my weird crush is Noel Fielding. Don't know what it is but he is GORGEOUS.

Ooh yes, Stanley Tucci. Although I don't think that's weird. He's nice-looking, dresses well, likes cooking, has a lovely voice and seems intelligent and funny.

And someone on a thread here recently said they met him queuing for fish at a farmers' market and he was charming and let them go ahead of them in the queue.

And yes, the nunnery scene was one of the finest pieces of acting and directing I’ve seen in a long time. Quite how a naked bloke covered in gunge and lisping ever so slightly due to false teeth can crackle with such sexual energy whilst menacing a bunch of nuns in a freezing cold convent, I have no idea. It shouldn’t have worked. But it did.

It’s also a great piece of casting. Claes seems to play mildly sexy floppy haired Scandi metrosexuals. How the hell did the casting director spot that performance latent in him?

Im in awe of his dedication. I seem to recall an interview with Dolly Wells who said it was minus 5 when they filmed parts of that scene. And the nuns all had their thermal underwear on. He must have been bloody nithered.

I watched an interview with Claes on YouTube and he said the directors wanted to put him in tracksuit bottoms and just film from the waist up but it was him who insisted in stripping off completely naked so they could get better shots. I am eternally grateful to him for that, what dedication!
