Anybody who watched kids tv in the 90’s recognize this actor?

A bit of fun!! Born in the 80’s loved 90’s tv. Earlier I was watching a 90’s tv show with my daughter, ok I watched it myself as I used to love it! Googled the cast for an actor I really liked in it! This is the actor, I actually didn’t recognize him. Does anybody know who this is?? Only a bit of fun for people who grew up watching 90’s tv!!

Sabrina was my favourite. Along with Kenab and Kel, Cousin Skeeter, 8 Simple Rules, Blossom, Clarissa explains it all, Moesha.... they don’t make them like they used to

I loved Sabrina. I kind of always hoped she would marry Harvey and a few years later we'd get a sort of modern "Bewitched" show with them as the husband and wife! It would have been fab. Sadly I was not a kid in the 90's but DD was and I used to watch it with her!
