To think my tap water shouldn't taste like bleach!!

ergh, yuck!! what on earth do we pay water rates for!!!

Yuk. Tap water does have chlorine and fluoride added to it, but it shouldn't be SO recognisable.

i buy water as ours is so AWFUL.

Ours has become grotty in lasy year. Was always fine before. Now even a cup of tea/coffee tastes of swimming pool. So we boughta filter jug and ALL water is filtered before it goes in cups/kettle. problem solved.
