Can anyone tell me if I'm Abu to think that I'm a material split the children should automatically be split 50/50?
For some reason the courts can not make my ex husband responsible for our children (who he is using to control me and prevent me to go to work).
Surely with him being named on both birth certificates he legally has to take responsibility for them?
I am looking to speak with people who have had experience with this.
I was told by a social worker last week that I should just stay at home look after my kids and accept what my ex husband will give me ( a formal complaint has gone in).
It seems like in 2020 I am fighting the british legal system to be able to go to work which is absolutely crazy!!!
