To wish people would stop writing on Facebook they are sick

I hate it. scrolling through Facebook to parents of kids at my childs school down with a sick bug. I would rather not know. We've got this far into the school year without one and now it's about. Aghhhh. I wish people didn't have to spoil the weekend with the announcement of a puke fest. Right near half term too!

Ffs stop being silly. People get sick all the time, it's part of life!

Do you think it's contagious via Facebook?

No I don't think it's contagious through Facebook. My child's school I said.....

I hate it too, always made me paranoid my kids would end up next with the sick bug. Ended up getting rid of social media and feel a lot better for it.

What does it it matter? How and who is sick is not going to be affected by what is written on facebook about it.

I feel the same op. I am en emetophobe and just reading about someone saying they have a sick bug puts my anxiety in overdrive. I know it’s irrational and obviously you can’t catch anything thru Facebook 🙄 but I think folk without this anxiety just don’t understand. You have my sympathy!
