What do you do with a 2yo at the weekend?

What is a good activity for a pretty energetic 2yo at the weekend? In bad weather because the forecast is AWFUL. don't have loads of money to spend but want to do something that will be fun and enjoyable for a 2yo and 2 adults. Please help me with ideas!!!

So far we have played "fetch" where I throw 6 balls and he runs around picking them up.

We have played cars and dinosaurs and puzzles.

We have watched tv...

We have had some time on the naughty step 🙄

I think we are going to bundle up and go stick hunting this afternoon so we can avoid the naughty step...

Get your waterproofs and wellies on and go on the hunt for puddles

Make biscuits, my LO likes cutting the dough out and decorating

Swimming, quiet soft play where there’s a nice cafe, play in the garden for short periods of time, making cakes, random I know but my 2 year old loves Ikea and so do I (not DH so much), see the fish and animals at a garden centre with a trip to the cafe thrown in for the adults, pottery painting although often not cheap

Cinema, soft play swimming, museums, libraries, lunch with friends, play dates, crafts , painting, playdoh, make a box fort, teddy bears picnic inside, walk to the shops and let them choose what to buy for lunch, cooking together, puzzles, reading, go to the garden centre and choose some seeds, take them home and plant them in pots, sort laundry (2 year olds are experts in sock sorting!, popcorn and movies (or a quick show), go for a walk in the woods, at the beach, by a river, Jump in puddles, go to a new playground, go to the Krispy Creme place and watch them make doughnuts then eat one, go on a train trip, or a bus, go to the airport to watch planes,
