Croup - when do I need to worry?

Dd has had croup before, but this is much worse. She was really panicking and struggling to breathe for 5 mins until I calmed her down. Sat with her in steamy shower room (I know it’s not recommended anymore, but it kept her calm).

She’s now asleep, but with noisy breathing. In bed with me so I can keep an eye on her!
