Every winter! Issues!
I HATE being with them.
Today their system is not allowing gas top ups on ANY system. I have tried the app (which is what I normally use), telephone (menu system) and the website. I'm housebound anyway so can't go to a shop to do it and even if I could I suspect that wouldn't work either.
I moved in here almost 3 years ago and the previous tenant was under these jokers for whatever reason - it's a prepay energy company.
They're expensive and pretty bloody useless.
When I've looked into switching to another energy company and being a credit customer again (which I always have been until now with no issues) apparently it's a whole palaver to switch including getting new meters in at my expense.
But it's been a while since I last looked into this so I may try again.
Currently on hold to their supposed "emergency" number - 22 mins and counting! Arghhhh 
Anyone dealt with these twats? Any tips on getting away from them?
Total pain in the arse dealing with them.
