Scared about meeting in work this afternoon

So I started this new job a couple of months ago, and I have to present a 'report' on my induction. I don't know what to say! Last time at the meeting they put me 'on the spot' and I just said it was a great induction, and made a couple of small points about things I'd like to know more about. I dunno what to say today though.

Maybe say about a couple of things you've learned, a couple you think have gone really well, and a couple of things you'd like to continue to work on or know more about?

I agree. Focus on what you've learned so far, what you'd like more of in way of training, pick out anything that you have found especially helpful. Don't be afraid to mention anything that you don't find so useful, but cover it in a constructive way. Rather than just saying 'it's good', tell them what has been good and why. They probably want to continue improving future inductions, so any feedback you will give will help management to shape them.

I often found with inductions I designed that some things didn’t make sense until the person had been in post for a while. Was anything covered early on that you would find helpful to go over again now you’ve been there a while.
