We arrive in Newcastle next Saturday at 9.30am and whilst I realise this is an ungodly hour and we do not expect to have a room available, but couldnt they store our luggage??
Apparrently its a 'security issue' but its done at other hotels why not this one.
I dont relish the thought of dragging a wheelie case round newcastle til 2pm
