Not to have parental controls on

Dd is 15 and I consider her trustworthy so we don't have parental controls on the internet, to be honest I wouldn't know where to start.

Uhh you need to learn where to start. Fifteen years old is ridiculously impressionable no matter how responsible you think she is.

Any helpful tips then ?

Google "How to put parental controls on

Never used them. My DC seem to have survived with trust, communication and common sense

If you can’t find out how to set parental controls I think you are already too far behind the game probably. Google it as it partly depends on what platforms she is using. There is a thread today about a 15yo meeting a ‘13yo who asked for nudes’. This whole thing has nothing to do with your DD being trustworthy. If she is too trusting it can be much more dangerous. Google Beck’s story.
