To take Morning after pill or not

Name changed because I am horrifically embarrassed that I am in this position, and posting here for traffic so pls forgive .

Had sex Thursday afternoon , condom broke and DH pulled out as soon as noticed. He didn’t “cum” inside me , ejaculated a few strokes of his hand later on my stomach. I didn’t think much of it till today I checked my app and realised I’m due to ovulate today, and then I thought of Precum . I ended up talking to my two best friends over lunch about it today because thanks to my OCD it’s nagging away at me and I had popped to boots and got the 72 hour after pill (the pharmacist said my chances were very low but better safe than sorry)

Friend T insisted there is nothing to worry about as he went to “piss” before, and chances are low, (I’m cringing writing this so I do apologise) . Where as Friend N said morning after pills increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy and filled my head so much with it that I’m now sat here with the pill , my OCD raging and I don’t know what to do ...
I for mental heath reasons can not get pregnant, it’s not even something I can think about , but my brain is absolutely spinning so for gods sake can someone sensible please talk some sense to me .

@ShowOfHands

mine weren't 2 inches long they were out and down my leg, they would have gone round my Partners (now ex) penis and garotted it .. I was not told it should have been trimmed, nor did I know until today that they were supposed to be and when it was taken out the women didn't say a thing about the wires or offer to leave it in and cut the wires

As for the pee comment apparently according to her , having a wee kills any sperm that pre cum might collect in the urethra (not sure if spelt right)

Are your friends 14?

FFS. How can adults believe this shit?

@ShowOfHands
A quick google shows there is no research to back this up. Stop providing false legitimacy to this ridiculousness.

@haveyoutriedgoogle

Hence why I said it's theoretical only. It is often recommended on "how to use withdrawal" sites (or "how to ttc" sites actually). I was merely explaining where the friend got the idea from. Its the sort of thing that grows legs as it seems to have a sound theoretical basis but no practical application.
