I was listening to the radio earlier today and I heard an advert about a solicitors specialising in divorce for men and not losing everything you have worked for. How misogynistic is that? Is it the 1950's and I missed the time slip? Can they legally advertise for just male clients?

I don't know but I'd be interested to see answers from someone who does.

I heard it on LBC today.

They’re probably targeting what they perceive to be a gap in the market and exploiting a very real group of men when sadly believe shit like that.

I've heard this advert several times today just on LBC, irritated me too. I had to ignore before I thought about it too much lol.

mmm... other products are allowed to be advertised just to men or just to women. So can't object to that principle.

The message "don't lose everything you have worked for" has nothing to do with sex (directly). Xenia was very bitter about having to pay so much to her ex when they split.

I heard it on absolute radio, not LBC which is normally wickes and van adverts.

How about a share if your partner had given up work to support you and raise your joint children?
