It's not even a coincidence.

Ironic: happening in a way contrary to what is expected, and typically causing wry amusement because of this.

I wouldn't have expected somebody to choose today to put a card through the door advertising lessons for a European language. It caused wry amusement as a result - therefore it's ironic.

Do you think people can no longer learn Spanish, or travel to Spain??

You do realise that Spanish is spoken outside of the EU right? There is a whole wirld out there, we're not suddenly cutting ourselves off from everything by leaving the EU. If anything I would imagine that people who learn Spanish are more likely looking to use it outside of the EU than looking to use it in Spain of all places.
