Whoever he is, the poor bloke deserves to be able to buy a sandwich in peace without people pointing cameras at him, especially when they don't know who he is. You'd never take a photo of a stranger in the street (I hope) without their knowledge, so why is it ok with someone famous (or not so famous, considering you don't know who he is).
