Need a new bathroom and kitchen roof ( fibreglass ) it's a decent size at 30 square meters .
We Have had 4 quotes.
2 being silly prices which we have already said no too .
Now the second two .
Quote A ..
Were recomended via a work collegue . we know of another person who's had work by them also . Both highly recommended as well . Have a website and social media which show pictures of their work . The quote involves a skip in the price to remove the old roof etc , all new boarding under the fibreglass with a 20 year guarantee.
Quote B . Highly recommended again . But have no website except to show the business name and address . Little social media apart from a picture of the works van (all legit )
Again the quote involves a skip to remove the old roof , new boarding etc and a 25 year guarantee .
The price being 1000 pound different
Quote A being £1000 more than quote B
Both inclusive of v.a.t
Who would you pick ? Or is there anything else we can ask before we make a decision
