Phil, Ruth, Lorraine, Piers..ITV morning madness 😂

What is going on behind the cameras at ITV morning tv?
All the fallings out, the massively apparent tension being Phil & Ruth at the Nta’s last night..Lorraine declaring she didn’t bother going as what’s the point 🤷‍♀️
Not massively arsed but it is fairly intriguing in some ways 😂

Piers drives me mad with his ranting, but he had a point this morning. It's the same presenters winning year after year after year. If the same actors won ten or 19 years in a row at the Oscars, we'd all get pretty bored. Having said that, if GMB or Lorraine aren't ever winning, they have to ask themselves why. I can't stand Piers' ranting every day, and I'm not keen on Lorraine's presenting style either. I quite like it when there are stand ins on both shows. People like the fun side of Holly and Phil and Ant and Dec, which is why they win.

No surprise that Phil and Holly, and Ant n’ Dec get all the votes.

They vote for them like people vote for the conservatives they have no viable alternative

I can't watch, they talk over each other and I can't hear what the hell they are saying.

I don't watch daytime TV, or the NTAs. However I do think its dull that the same people win every year. I wouldn't bother showing up either if I wasn't Ant/Dec or Holly/Phil!

ITV daytime has been the same old shit for 30 years. The only daytime TV worth watching is Homes Under the Hammer - Dh and I watch it in the evenings

The problem with both Piers Morgan and Lorraine Kelly is that they talk more than the people they are interviewing. It's toe curling to watch. They ask longwinded question of two or three sentences and give the interviewee seconds to answer, before cutting in again. They also proffer their opinions, and make observations (in Lorraine's case - twee ones). Both love the sound of their own voices too much, neither one of them can shut up for more than a few seconds, and why anyone agrees to be interviewed by them I don't know because the guests barely get a word in edgeways.

I'd love to know what Philip schofield is really like!

Love Ruth, would imagine Phil is a massive twat, but would also really love to know what he’s like too..Holly also..
I’m surprised they won this year, I’m off on extended maternity leave so really didn’t watch This Morning much before, it’s very dull..on Friday’s a bit better.

It’s just sounds like you like mean and snarky people instead of nice people.

I cannot for the life of me think how LK is still on the telly, she must KNOW something.
She actually presented the actual GMB or whatever it was for a bit with Aled Jones, then when that went tits up she just carried on in her weird bit at the end/fawn over people show. Aled got binned off to Aled's attic on a Saturday.

I actually feel bad saying that as she does seem like a genuinely ‘Nice’ person 🤷‍♀️
