Can I paint my flat, whilst pregnant? Will the fumes or whatnot do any harm?

I would just like to say, I have tried calling the midwives last week, and looking online but I can’t see anything conclusive and wondered if anyone has any advice.

Thankfully we are moving up the social housing list, which is wonderful as we are expecting DC soon, and our damp flat has been bleeding us dry with our rent being 900 pcm.

However we’ve been here years and need to return it to its former glory. (Nothing untoward, just toddler hand prints on the walls and such like.)

Is it safe for me to give everywhere a once over with white emulsion? I don’t really want to lose the deposit as it was nearly a grand.

Yeah just open the windows, be careful on ladders and don't exhaust yourself!

Yes it's fine just keep it ventilated and be warned you might feel sicker than usual
