Not really aibu have had stomach pains since Friday started with a sore throat yesterday and now got a temp anyone got any ideas what it could be

You might have a bit of vomiting. I'd eat plain, easily digested food and keep your temperature down and rest if you need to.

Yes googled it and they have said loads of things think I will ring 111 when kids get up

It's probably just a virus. Drink water and take some paracetamol.

My dp has to set off to work soon so will be then dc was supposed to be going to a party today but don't feel up to it

Can you get the DC settled on the sofa with a duvet and snacks and take it steady yourself? Hope you can rest a bit anyway.

Rang out of hours they said they think it's just a viral infection but if it gets worse ring them back straight away
