5-6am - 14mo wakes and proceeds to scream at the top of his lungs.
6am - realises the baby is not going back to bed and reluctantly get up and stumble downstairs toward the TV.
7am - remaining children arrive demanding Netflix and toast.
7-8.30am - scramble around cleaning and drawing people, then redressing and re cleaning things.
8.40 - leave for school always 10 minutes late.
9.05am - school drop off complete.
9.30am - drop baby with CM
9.30 - 2.30pm work like a champion. I'm a freelance PR consultant.
2.30pm - pick up baby
3.20 - pick up remaining children
3.50 - arrive home. Brace self for oncoming relentless demands.
4.15 - start cooking dinner whilst pretending I can't hear the constant high pitched whining emanating from 14month old as he tries to position himself between me and the counter. This will last for however long it takes to cook dinner.
5.30pm - dinner is served and immediately rejected and thrown on floor.
5.45pm - check how long until I can reasonably put them to bed
5.55pm - nope, still too early
6pm - still too early
6.15pm -finally bath time. 14mo spends this time saying, 'mama' as many times as he can. This is not annoying at all.
6.45pm - everyone runs around naked, screaming.
7.15pm - baby bed. He'll say, 'mama' a few more times to be sure it's me.
7.45 - remaining children in bed. Well have read approximately 13 stories and made beds for 9.5 cuddly toys
8pm - cook myself dinner
8.05pm - eat dinner
8.10pm - exercise
8.30 - collapse in head
8.35 - 10pm - scroll mindlessly on phone, do a bit more work. Half an eye on Love Island.
10pm - read in bed
11.55pm - wake up with iPad on face to ballistic streaming from baby
12.30am - back to sleep. Find space has been taken by middle child. Go to spare room. Sleep.
3.30am - ballistic screaming
5.am - silence. But I am awake.
And then it all begins again. 😬😱🤪😂ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜´
