Just that really. I have ADHD & a very busy mind. Struggle with mindfulness but saw a link to TM on ADHD foundation website.
I have a feeling it might work better than mindfulness for me, but it costs £300 to learn. So don't wanna jump right in (as ADHD likes to make me do!) & do it for it to not be right for me.
Plus I'm concerned about having to do it twice a day for 20mins. The evenings should be ok but w 2 kids under 5 the mornings might be challenging.
Has anyone with ADHD done it? Do I definitely need to do it morning & night?
