I have been thinking to going back to IT via return to work programme. I have had 5 years career break for maternity/raising young family reasons. There are quite a few that I have seen with big firms in London. Wanted to ask if anyone has gone back to work via these sorts of programme? And if so can they tell me a. It more about them like what is the recruitment process, what happens after , etc? I would love to learn from their experiences.
