Idk where else to post this so if its the wrong place please tell me. Does anyone have experience with getting autism/adhd diagnosis in adulthood in ROI? Google searches are not in anyway helpful. Suffering from anxiety and depression (i dont know where tot help for that either) so cannot reach out to anyone in rl, no one seems to see i am struggling so much.
(Not a mum. I am early twenties and in uni. No idea where to turn.)
