I went for an interview for a job I'd dearly like but almost the questions were all about children and childcare. When I mentioned that my youngest was 11 she said "oh that's good, some of the other applicants have little ones."
I'm not sure what my AIBU is but I'm a bit miffed and it's put me off the manager a bit.
