So my grandmother died in August and my she had some beautiful stag furniture in her bed room that I thought my daughter would like .
I contacted a local woman through face book , she was well recommended good reviews etc and asked her if she would be able to collect the furniture with a view to stripping it and painting it for my daughters room .
She came back with a price - nearly £500 including collection, redelivery ain’t etc . I agreed and paid as asked half up front by bank transfer .
Said I wasn’t in a hurry but needed it before Xmas . Just before Xmas I messaged her she said she was on with it trying to arrange her delivery guy for a slot to drop it back to me . She then asked for the rest of the money , sob story cat had died , sons 21st and I paid her the money over and waited for delivery.
It obviously didn’t come , should have been delivered last night , didn’t arrive .
I’ve messaged her and now I’ve left a message telling her I will take her through the small claims court if she doesn’t return my furniture and my money .
Would I be unreasonable to leave a bad review on her site before it’s al sorted . I’m so angry and mad about it all 😡
