Our kitchen is being ripped out Monday - it’s going to take 3 weeks (so im told!) . I’m thrilled and so excited to see the end result. I’m horrified at idea of 3 weeks of take out 🥴😱 Total 1st world problem i know! I’m a lucky girl. But wtf do I cook.
I have a microwave and a deep fryer and a kettle - but I rarely use either! But can set them up in lounge! Help! Hit me with you favourite non oven non hob recipes!

How fancy is your microwave? Mine's ancient, but it has all sorts of weird settings on it that I'd never normally use... until I didn't have a cooker for three weeks. I emailed the manufacturer for the handbook which they sent me. And THAT is how I found out I could grill bacon in my microwave.

We had no kitchen for about 6 weeks. Other than freezer meals and soup, I enjoyed those Bol pots you can buy in Tesco. They are all veggie I think, very healthy and yummy. Felt like a proper meal without needing to do separate veg.
