I hate pizza

I think 'pizza' covers a wide spectrum from the awful to the sublime.

I always remember a Mumsnet thread were a poster claimed astonishment that anyone would regard a takeaway pizza as an occasional treat because she got some frozen cheap supermarket own brand on a weekly basis and didn't think it anything special.

I felt like saying no one regards that as a special treat love!

Anyway, I love pizza, but I think cheese on toast (extra mature cheddar, thick slice of bloomer, dash of worcestershire sauce) is pretty great too!

Ketchup, tomato soup, baked beans, banoffee pie, chutney, pickle, mustard and urghhh meringue!

Pizza is the food of the gods.

Sweet vegetables like Sweet potato, butternut squash and the like.
Avocado unless it's guacamole.

I am also ambivalent about sweet vegetables tbh. I only like them in certain circumstances.

My hates...
All fish (I can just about choke down a fish finger as long as it is swimming in vinegar)
Coriander
Nutella/peanut butter and the like
Courgettes/brussel sprouts/spinach
Toffee and salted caramel

Personally I think brussel sprouts deserve their own hate box (and thread)

Pizza is take it or leave it

I hate McDonald's I think it tastes disgusting all fat and manufactured stodginess.

I hate cola too.

I'm allergic to tomato so can't eat any pizza . . . Or most pasta, Chinese, Indian, KFC etc. Fun!

I also hate any M &S ready meal

It has a certain smell to it.

I can tell a M&S ready meal just by smelling it.

YABU. we have recently moved to a new town, it's not a particularly gentrified place it's got two asdas, two mcdonald’s, a poundstretcher, every takeaway etc, but on the quiet there is the most incredible authentic little pizza place that does the most italiany pizza i've had outside italy. and there is also a papa johns for when i fancy that kind of pizza

I don’t really like ketchup. I don’t hate it but it’s very rare that I’ll have it on something. Most people I know have ketchup on everything!

Yorkshire puddings are bland filler at best.

I'm giving this serious thought now between having over the thought of papa johns uuuuuuggghhhhh no.

Anyway, a bit like the pp^^ with beans on toast; I like bread, I like tomatoey sauces, I like mozzarella and the rest of the toppings I would get to choose. But I hate pizza. So weird. It's less than the sum of its parts to me.
