To think that if you have an interactive thyroid you shouldn't be vegan?

I was diagnosed with this last year and read a lot about what foods you should and shouldn't eat with this condition. Surprisingly it said you shouldn't eat soya and should limit the amount of cruciferous veg you eat, both of which are staples of a vegan diet. I have no issue with paganism, just that it may not be suitable for pp with this health condition.

I was wondering what an interactive thyroid was!

Oh, and I presume when you say 'paganism' you mean veganism? Grin

Haha, cross posted there!

Has someone suggested you should become vegan?

I think you need to read the article you posted.

GrumpyHoonMain · 16/01/2020 00:12

Because it doesn’t say to avoid those things at all

justcly · 16/01/2020 00:43

Does anyone else really want an interactive thyroid?
