What was your experience and would you recommend?

leasehold or freehold ? are there services charges if the surrounding roads are owned by the company, not all roads aremaintained by county council.
do your homework on this carefully.

Freehold and there’s a servicing we need to pay £22 per month.

Yes, my sister did. Great house and any minor snagging was sorted immediately.

Thank you. We’re considering it but have never bought a brand new build and it’s making me a bit nervous.
