Condoms are effective

Has anyone got pregnant from using conforms before? They were used properly and didn't break or anything. Just abit worried as I'm almost a week late. I did a test but it was just a cheapy one that my friend had spare and it was negative. Please put my mind at ease and tell me no one has gotten pregnant using a condom!

Well with perfect use condoms are 98% effective so there’s always a chance.

I’m afraid no-one can tell you. I would buy a pregnancy test and do another - if you’re a week late then the result should be accurate.

I have a beautiful boy, condoms have a relatively high failure rate the doctor was not surprised the condom had failed at all.

Ah god. It wouldn't be the end of the world but not perfect timing!

If 100 people used condoms perfectly for 1 year, two of the 100 people would become pregnant. 98% effective meaning 2% not. Hope you get the best outcome for you. Take a better test.
