My 3 year old had a very bad cough once Christmas and developed this rash. Calmed down and went away. Today he got them again after a bout of crying. From googling it looks like petichiea. Is it serious ? I'm worried about him but if I bring him back to my doctor who brushed it off before be will think I'm being ridiculous
