Yanbu at all. Plus everything I’ve ever bought from there (admittedly not that much) has shrunk in the wash.

Yours is pretty much the only place mil can buy anything even remotely in her size so she’s a captive audience, but I agree. It’s not the emails for me but the shop itself - it has a jumble sale quality where I live: no clear collections, no organisation, and the staff only help young customers.

YANBU. I bought something there once and they have recently really amped up their shitty marketing emails and texts. I unsubscribed faster than the roadrunner 😂

like when Next invited me to "shop our autumn edit" - they really do not play to their audience.

YABU to buy anything from there. Its overpriced and rubbish quality. There are so many plus sized retailers now, I wonder how they stay open!

Their stuff mostly sucks anyway. I was excited to have some large bra options but they all went to shit in a matter of weeks. All their clothes look like market stuff so I just wouldn't bother.
