Put everything needed to go in letter in writing and handed into reception before October half term and STILL waiting on a pretty simple doctors letter for my work. They said they never received my medical records from my previous GP (a concern as someone with ongoing health issues).
Main issue is we are moving out of the area in the next 2 weeks tops so will need to switch GP surgery. AIBU to make a formal complaint to the practice manager? Last phone call I received about chasing up my records was Nov 27th.
