Sorry posting for traffic. I Have AF type cramps that are making me cry they’re so bad and feel sick. I don’t have anything underlying that I know of but am just wondering can ovulation pains be like this? Had negative opks but I don’t know what else it would be at this point
My af cramps are usually as bad as this if that makes a difference?
