Would I be unreasonable to ask you all to recommend a good workout that I could find on YouTube? With four young children and my DH working away a lot, I find it hard to find the time to get to an aerobics class or even to get out walking. I'd love a workout that I could do at home to improve my fitness levels and tone me up a bit (or preferably a magic spell that would do that for me without having to exercise!!)
