Sorry, I'm probably about ten years behind everyone else, but I've been watching quite a few Supernanny episodes on YouTube recently and some of them have really upset me. Such as this one: m.youtube.com/watch?v=SFbP2e_sP2E
Those poor girls seem to be in an abusive situation, and should be hoiked out of there immediately, rather than being persuaded into accepting the situation, imo. What do you think?

I agree. I’ve seen a few where I feel like essentially the situation is parents abusing their children.

I don’t especially like Supernanny’s style and I suppose we must remember it’s TV but I agree with you.

I haven't seen Supernanny for years, but from what I remember I agree with you too.

I actually quite like her most of the time (hence the binge watching) but some of them I'm like "you need t call SS and get those kids removed" rather than trying to cajole Abusive Man into doing more chores.

Oh this is am American one, I felt they nearly overstepped that mark.
Super nanny however I love her
