I received some new underwear i ordered today. The box it was packed in could have been 1/4 the size. And the amount of plastic (mini hangers, plastic covers) was shocking. Are (high street type) companies not responding to consumers concerns about plastic? The plastic will go into recycling (but that is not a solution).
I'm definitely going to write a complaint to the company.
What else are people doing to put pressure on these companies?
