I want to like him...I thought his Noel Gallagher t-shirt at Glastonbury was genius. But 'Hold Me While You Wait', dear me...it's like nails down a blackboard.

Anyone else agree?

YABSOOOOOOOOOOOU 😒

coconutpie · 09/01/2020 22:39

YANBU. In fact, it is worse than nails on a blackboard.

mrsmoppp · 09/01/2020 22:40

Like his songs but sick to death of them being on repeat on the radio

APatchyTomCat · 09/01/2020 22:42

I think he’s great.

His music, not so much.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 09/01/2020 22:42

Love him as a person, hate his music. I'm not a fan of depressing whiny music.

MorrisZapp · 09/01/2020 22:44

We call him Whine Whine Warble

Top lad but seriously pal nothing's that bad.

GoFiguire · 09/01/2020 22:48

He was in Doctor Who.

VetOnCall · 09/01/2020 22:56

I like a few of his songs but he seems like a top bloke with a brilliant sense of humour - his Instagram account is pure gold. From what I've seen he responds to all of the (thousands of) comments he gets on his posts and is lovely to his fans. I don't generally follow celebrities at all but he comes across as incredibly funny, down to earth, normal, and with no vanity whatsoever.

IHaveBrilloHair · 09/01/2020 22:58

I love, love, love him.
Going to see him in March and can't waitGrin

Chancey1982 · 09/01/2020 23:04

Love his music. Can't stand him in interviews!

CooCooCoo · 09/01/2020 23:09

He’s a sweetheart I just can’t hate on anything about him Grin

YourWinter · 09/01/2020 23:15

Ugh. I don't see the appeal. I like Noel Gallagher though.

HeresMe · 09/01/2020 23:17

I like him as a person, I'm not even sure I have heard any of his songs.

SlightlyStaleCocoPops · 09/01/2020 23:18

bwuises that you weft behind...

InstitutionalMadness · 09/01/2020 23:21

I heard some music the other day and it was just so grating it was painful. Turned out it was Lewis Capaldi. I’m 60 though, so I don’t think I’m his target demographic.

Sunflower20 · 09/01/2020 23:29

Don’t like his songs and don’t find him funny at all.

HeyMac · 09/01/2020 23:39

Bloody love him, love his sense of humour. Love how much he just takes the piss.

IHaveBrilloHair · 09/01/2020 23:44

I find him hilarious, he cracks me up, and he doesn't take himself seriously.

MunchMunch · 09/01/2020 23:48

I love his songs. Can't really comment on him as I've never seen any interviews apart from a few minutes on Lorraine a few months ago.

He might even take over my loving of Ed Sheeran songs!

MyGhastIsFlabbered · 10/01/2020 13:56

@MunchMunch I think we must be polar opposites music-wise...I can't bear Ed Sheeran either!

OP posts:
Tombliwho · 10/01/2020 14:15

His music is painful. He is in the Ed Sheeran club for me. Over played.

Butchyrestingface · 10/01/2020 14:17

Thank the Lord, from the title I thought this thread was going to be about how you want to shag him senseless.

Copperleaves · 10/01/2020 14:17

He's lovely and I like his voice a lot. Hasn't really got any happy tunes has he? Grin Maybe he needs a good woman.

Urkiddingright · 10/01/2020 14:17

He’s a funny guy but his music is whiny and depressing. I say this as a massive Smiths fan Grin. Judging by his lyrics he really doesn’t like himself very much.

Urkiddingright · 10/01/2020 14:18

I also think he needs to find a decent girlfriend, he clearly picks shit ones.
