Only joking.

What did you have for dinner tonight?

CheesePleaseLoueese · 09/01/2020 20:31

Spanish stew (beef paprika beans etc) followed by a Cadbury's wispa

lovelytobehere · 09/01/2020 20:31

I made steak with peppercorn sauce, honey glazed veg and a sage potato rosti all homemade and invited a neighbour to join me too! Was delish

Peppercorn sauce is milk, bisto best beef granules and ground peppercorns - it's such a winner!

Rosti grated with freshly chopped sage, an egg and a dab of flour with baking powder and browned in pan then whacked in the oven.

Ta dar

As someone who has been financially independent for some time, l had avocado and bacon open sandwich with aioli, followed by panettone with apricot jam.

Jacket potato scooped out and mashed with bacon, mushrooms, spring onion, garlic & cheese. Stuffed back in and baked until the cheese melted and it's crispy on top.

Slow cooked moroccan chicken with cous cous. Got my slow-cooker a week ago, love it!

khaleesiofthegreatgrasssea · 09/01/2020 21:20

Cottage pie! Homemade a few days ago, defrosted today. Extra gravy and mustard. Yum.

@iklboo I could eat about 10 of those right now! Sounds amazing!

@lovelytobehere What's your egg to potato ratio for the rosti? Mine tend to fall apart Sad

Latteaday123 · 09/01/2020 21:41

Was very healthy and drank huel for breakfast and lunch. Tuna with spicy Thai sauce and coconut rice made by partner for dinner....... . Then several rounds of toast and peanut butter. Damn it!!
