And ideally they will be healthy (ish)

January is such a difficult month for us and we are trying to budget so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tomato pasta sauce- also a makes a good base sauce,
beef ragu/bolognese,
thai veggie curry,
chicken quinoa curry,
beef gulash soup,
paprikash meatballs,
red lentil soup.

I've also frozen risotto and paella in the past but i don't think they work as well
