To ask to share your meal plans?

This year I'm really shaking up my finances by cutting back on my spending and generally being more frugal.

As part of doing this I'm going to start sticking to weekly meal plans, instead of going shopping and buying loads of mixed bits. I really want to be organised! And I've seen a lot of people here share the benefits of it.

Can anyone please share their meal plans here for some inspiration?

December was great for discounted meat in lidl so freezers are full , I'm not meal planning but am aiming for almost no food shopping in Jan, last night thai curry , tonight lasagne and salad , tomorrow will do a chicken and sweetcorn pie with mash .
