Poor old frail man needing THREE big strong heavies to help him up the steps. Yeah right. As his ex PA (who broke her confidentiality agreement) pointed out on R4 news he has had health issues but is still fighting and still manipulating , he is the consummate story teller now starring in his own drama.

As she remarked, if his victims turned up in court, weeping, shuffling along, dressed in disheveled clothing they would be accused of milking it, but HW trundling along on a Zimmer frame surrounded by muscle, well that's a broken man right there for all to see, confused and distressed by the stress of it all. Straight out of central casting, I could almost hear the teeny tiny violins.

And today the arrogant bugger was caught (not for the first time) using his mobile phones in court. The judge has threatened him with revoking his bail if he does it again. The man clearly thinks he is untouchable and the rules don't apply to him.

It reminded me of the filming of Rolf Harris turning up at his court case, being supported by friends or family holding him up as if he could barely walk. Sympathy grabber, like Weinstein.

Nahh I think he has over egged it and most of the papers have commented on his charade so hopefully nobody will be fooled. He could have gone for the same effect more subtly but the Zimmer frame just looks like a pisstake

What a charade!

I was reading t'internet earlier and it mentioned that (obviously) he is pulling a fast one, but the reason behind this current charade is that all of his victims mentioned the "power" he had over him- physical power, financial power, power to make/break their careers. His team are aware that the prosecutors will keep mentioning his "power" so they are doing their best to make him appear powerless. Quite clever really, the manipulative bastard!
