To ask about the best strategies to enable employers to intergrate ND people into the workplace?

I know this place is a bit of a bearpit at time but I am also perpared to believe that there are people hear who want action and who have good ideas in terms of the best way to integrate ND people into the workplace.

How can we better help and educate employers to the strengths of ND people?

How can we educate HR people and recruiters to ND people?

While the traditional workplace may be eroding, it is increasingly possible to work remotely for instance or to have flexible time with respect to working weeks and interaction.

One thing is for certain, ASD and other ND people are under-represented in work and those of us who are find recruitement a glass maze with plenty of surprise walls (the 3 interviews in one week with 0 offers was a particular low point).

So let's put our collective minds together and see how we can get ND people off the diversity check-box and in the workplace.
