To just be feeling really fed up now

Had a baby nearly 3 weeks ago via c section.

Obviously didn’t feel great over Christmas so the normal Boxing Day tidy up hasn’t really happened like it normally would, then got an infection so by the time I’ve felt better I’ve pretty much been unable to do anything because of that.

My husband is trying, but it’s not the same as me who just wants to get on and get on with it. I have to prompt him to do it. There is washing in the basket clean for over a week now and it’s driving me mad. If it wasn’t for this infection I’d be back on my feet by now with normality.

Don’t really know what I want to gain from this just feeling down and in need of a moan.

I have to prompt my husband with most things , it makes life easier but yes it’s frustrating. Just tell him to do the laundry

I had a csection a week after we had moved house. Mine had to unpack while I took care of the baby. It was an absolute nightmare watching him categorise books while there were still boxes to be unpacked! Not easy at all to sit there immobile in a pigsty watching ineptitude! I feel for you. Do your best to relax, nothing bad is going to happen because of it Flowers
