Hello all,

We are in desperate need for a boiler installation. We have been without central heating all winter and can't cope much longer. We were let down by a company called Glow Green Ltd (please do not use them under any circumstances). They even left us without hot water for two weeks and our 1 year old son lives with us.

So, now that we have had our money back from them we really need a boiler fitted asap, we have the money just can't seem to get someone out to do it being this busy time of year.....Help?!?!

We had new boiler fitted last year, one of the quotes we got was from Npower, although we didn’t go with them in the end as we preferred a local company, they were very keen to get a sale and get us pencilled in for installation ASAP, maybe worth a try? British Gas also quote for supply and installation.

I had a new boiler fitted by boxt a couple of months ago and so far so good, would recommend them.

I'm not sure if they do they type of boiler you want but worth looking in to.

Glow Green boiler installation and home care is a Sham
Very Very BAD
DANGEROUS INSTALLATIONS.
TRUST PILOT IS HEAVING WITH HORROR STORIES ABOUT THEM. I had a personal experience with them which conforms with all the negative stuff that was mentioned on trust pilot.
Avoid them like a plague..

Very poor expensive with them.

Dodgy installation lation with a rude unprofessional third party contractor that could not get the job done and left us without heating with DS having asthma.
Leaky pipes and incorrectly done wiring

Poor communication and customer support could not care less.
When we made a complaint and a trust pilot review them were very very rude to us and I decided not to deal with them or let them do further damage to my property.
Got a decent company BG to do the job.
We are in the process of sueing them for the money lost and compensation.

A Nightmare....
Probably a small office in Bournemouth with a couple of operators and a network of cheap contractors. They don't have the capacity to respond to emergency. According to the company registration, manager appointment 2019, a small con company that makes quick profits from easy jobs but will leave you with a significant damage.

Glow Green are the worst company we have ever used. Very dangerous and absolute charlatans. Our boiler still hasn't been installed to OFTEC standards. We have so much evidence and hope that this company are eventually shutdown. Absolute cowboys!

I know this is an old thread but I think it's worth refreshing so no one else uses this company. I nearly did and thanks to mumsnet have saved myself some hassle
