Trying to protect my son from his abusive dad. Currently he's only got indirect contact (cards and photos) court ordered. My son is only 14 months old. I'm absolutely terrified of going in front of the judge and arguing why it should remain as indirect. I am unrepresented. Legal representation is not an option. I have no money and not eligible for legal aid due to owning a house (that he lives in). I am utterly lost. Can anyone help me get through thus? Sorry for posting in AIBU.
